The following Terms and Conditions apply to any art commissioned from me (art, animations, emotes, Vtuber models etc.).By requesting a commission, you verify that you are 18 years or older.Please DM me on Twitter or Instagram (@ItsSammyDoo) or email me at [email protected] for commissions!Thank you!
Terms of Use
✤ I retain the creative rights to any images that I create. Clients/commissioners do NOT have the right to sell their commissions without my permission or mint any of my work as NFTs. Clients/commissioners do NOT have permission to feed their commissions to AI learning programs.✤ I do not currently take commercial-use commissions for art/animation. If you are interested or are unsure if your use case is considered "commercial," please ask me before commissioning me.✤ Finished commissions may be shared by the client/commissioner with proper credits.✤ I reserve the right to decline commission requests, no questions asked.
Payment
✤ Work will begin once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed upon.✤ Payments will be sent through PayPal, unless otherwise agreed upon.✤ Commission prices can be found on my commissions page here.✤ Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request. The commission price will be determined prior to the beginning of work. Once work has begun, the commission price will not be changed unless agreed upon by both myself and the client/commissioner.✤ All completed work is non-refundable. I have the final say in determining whether a commission is considered “complete.”✤ Should any issues arise, I will handle refunds for incomplete work on a case-by-case basis.

✤ Turnaround times may vary depending on my workload at any given time, but I will do my best to provide an accurate estimate and updates as necessary.✤ I will only share progress/WIP shots on social media with permission from the client/commissioner.✤ Finished commissions will be sent to the client/commissioner via Google Drive unless otherwise noted.

Process
Once work begins, typical project completion time is estimated as follows. Should this change during the process, I will inform the client/commissioner at my earliest convenience.
ILLUSTRATIONS & EMOTES
*Estimated completion time: 2-4 weeks *
✤ After starting a commission, I will provide a rough sketch of the requested illustration or emote. After this sketch, I will allow three iterations of change requests (total of four rough sketches before proceeding)✤ Once the sketch is approved, I will provide a lined/colored draft of the commission. At this time, I will accept three iterations of minor change requests (e.g. colors, small details, etc.)✤ A final draft will be sent for one last opportunity for minor changes before the final illustration is sent to the client/commissioner. Once this final draft is sent, the commission will be considered "complete."
ANIMATIONS
*Estimated completion time: 2-4 weeks *
✤ After starting a commission, I will provide a rough sketch version of the requested animation. At this time, I will allow three iterations of change requests (total of four rough sketches before proceeding)✤ Once the sketch is approved, I will provide a colored version of the art to be animated. Depending on the requested animation, this will likely be a colored version of one frame of the full animation. At this time, I will accept three iterations of minor change requests (e.g. colors, small details, etc.)✤ Once this final animation is sent, the commission will be considered "complete."
VTUBER MODELS
*Estimated completion time: 1-2 months *
✤ Once work has begun, I will send the client/commissioner a sketch of their model. At this time, any design changes may be requested, so long as the overall concept is still close to what was submitted in the application.✤ A second check-in will be done before model rigging begins. At this time, minor changes may be requested. I have the final say in what changes are considered “minor” at this stage.✤ Throughout the rigging process, I will keep in contact with the client/commissioner and the artist (if applicable) in case any changes need to be made to the art file. I will send weekly status updates unless otherwise noted.
DELIVERABLES
Upon completion, the client/commissioner will receive:✤ Rigged and ready-to-use Live2D model files (.moc3, .json, .physics3, .exp3, texture file)✤ (Art + Rig Only) PNG of model art

Payment

✤ Once commission requests are received, I will reach out to clients/commissioners with a quote for their model. Once the final price is agreed upon, I will send a PayPal invoice.✤ I will not begin work until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon.
MODEL ART (Art + Rig Commision)
✤ Once work has begun, I will send the client/commissioner a sketch of their model. At this time, any design changes may be requested, so long as the overall concept is still close to what was submitted in the application.✤ A second check-in will be done before model rigging begins. At this time, minor changes may be requested. I have the final say in what changes are considered “minor” at this stage.✤ Once model art is complete, rigging will proceed as outlined below.

My Art + Rig is cheaper than a regular “Rig Only” model due to the simplicity of my art style. Please make sure you are comfortable with my art style prior to signing up for an Art + Rig commission!

Price Deductions
Price deductions may be applied for the following reasons:✤ Model design is exceptionally simple✤ Requests for minimized lower-body rigging (please indicate in the application)✤ If there is a request for an animation or feature that I am not familiar with, I may offer reduced prices for certain add-ons with the understanding that I may not be able to provide the add-on as requested
